Listen, lounge, & lunch with us on Saturday, March 10th, as Jazz at Noon celebrates the end of winter!

A perfect recipe to escape the chill of March: step downstairs into the warm, atmospheric, nightclub called The Palace Underground – a true Hamilton hot-spot, and birthplace of our tremendously popular Jazz at Noon series.

This month, trumpeter/host, Jim McDowell, will introduce to Jazz at Noon audiences the amazing father and son talents of bassist Darryl Pugh (long-time member of Symphoria, and a mainstay of the Syracuse music scene) and his son, Dan Pugh – a Berklee grad with mad keyboard skills. And, speaking of mad skills, that dynamic deacon Mark Shiner will be joining us again on the drums. If you’ve heard Mark play, you know he’ll be kicking things up a notch!

Dianne Adams McDowell will join in on a few tunes, and we’ll welcome the return of the local music project founder, baritone crooner Bruce Ward. And, though she’s no stranger to the music community in Hamilton, we’ll present a newcomer to Jazz at Noon: the talented and clear-voiced Karen Rains!

If you are feeling hungry, Chartwells, will (once again) be working their culinary magic in the kitchen – creating a savory lunch & delectable dessert.

So on Saturday, March 10th, come warm your heart and stir your senses! Take refuge from the cold and meet your friends at the Palace Underground to listen, lounge, and lunch with Jazz at Noon.
