LISTEN, LOUNGE, & LUNCH with Arts at the Palace on Saturday, September 1st, as Jazz at Noon returns for the fall season!

Autumn is a time of new beginnings… so how fitting to kick off the season by celebrating with us in the cozy, relaxed atmosphere of the Palace Underground – a real Hamilton hot-spot, and birthplace of our tremendously popular Jazz at Noon series.

This month, trumpeter/host, Jim McDowell, will welcome the return of that amazing father and son duo – bassist Darryl Pugh (long-time member of Symphoria, and a mainstay of the Syracuse music scene) and his son, Dan Pugh – a Berklee grad with mad keyboard skills. (The apple didn’t fall far from the tree!) And, speaking of mad skills, dynamic Deacon Mark Shiner will be on drums – and he always kicks things up a notch! Dianne Adams McDowell will join in on a few tunes, as always, and we’re very excited to introduce to Jazz at Noon audiences two fantastic members of this summer’s Perry Paree cast: terrific vocalist and fine performer – Cazenovia’s Eric Feola; and Syracuse University’s Musical Theatre Department senior (who hails from Louisiana) – the great Amber Nicole Gatlin!

Chartwell’s culinary magicians will be hard at work in our kitchen to create an especially savory lunch and delectable dessert – chicken or steak speidies with salad, rice, toasted naan, and baklava!

So on Saturday, September 1st, take a bite of life at the Palace Underground in Hamilton, New York. Listen, lounge, & lunch with Jazz at Noon.

$5 suggested donation. Lunch is available for purchase.
