Community Events:

• Recognized community members and organization will pay a greatly reduces flat group usage fee of $650 per event (maximum 4 hours) for the entire facility.
• Rental for the Underground only is $200.
• Rental for the Mezzanine only is $150.
• Events requiring rehearsal or set-up time will be billed $200 for a three hour block and $75/additional hour.

Weddings & Receptions:

• Wedding reception fee is $2000 for a 2-day rental.
– $200 security deposit
• Wedding ceremony fee is $500 for 1-day rental.
• Wedding and reception fee is $2300 for a two-day rental.
– $250 security deposit

Faculty and Administration Events:

• Recognized Colgate Faculty and organizations will pay a greatly reduced flat group usage fee of $475 per event. Colgate events requiring rehearsal or set-up time will be billed $50 for a three hour block, and $35/additional hour.
• Rental for the Underground only is $200
• Rental for the Mezzanine only is $150.

Student Events:

• Recognized Colgate student organizations will pay a greatly reduced flat group usage fee of $475 per event. Colgate events requiring rehearsal or set-up time will be billed $50 for a three hour block, and $35/additional hour.
• Rental for the Underground only is $200
• Rental for the Mezzanine only is $150.

Product Rental:

• Cocktail Table: $25 each
• Cocktail Stools: $10 each
• Combination of 1 cocktail table and two stools: $40
• Flip and fold table: $25 each
• 6’ buffet table: $25 each
• Linen: $10 each

*All rentals must follow regular procedures required for facility use, including security/technical personnel fees as needed. All areas must be left as found.
