In accordance with the changes in guidelines from Madison County, New York State, and the CDC, Arts At The Palace has adjusted its health and safety procedures. Please see links below for more information.

Feeling Sick?

Attendees should not enter the venue if they display COVID-like symptoms, flu-like symptoms, or other respiratory illnesses, have recently tested positive for COVID-19 or other respiratory illnesses, or have been in close contact with anyone with a known case of COVID-19, or other respiratory illnesses.


We strongly encourage all patrons to wear masks while in the venue unless actively eating or drinking. All Arts At The Palace staff, volunteers, and security will continue to wear masks.

Health & Hygiene

Arts At The Palace has increased the cadence of cleaning of public areas and placed hand sanitizing stations throughout the building.


Arts At The Palace will no longer require patrons to provide evidence they are fully vaccinated or present evidence of a negative result from a COVID test upon entry to public events.

Colgate University Events/Programs

A number of the events listed on our website are hosted by Departments within Colgate University and have their own health and safety requirements . Events hosted by Colgate University will be indicated using an Astrick (*) and/or “Colgate At The Palace”.
