October can be warm, sunny, breezy, blustery, brisk, chilly, and at times, downright cold. Or in the case of Central New York, sometimes all of the above! But, no matter what the weather, we hope you’ll come to celebrate October’s beginnings with us in the cozy, relaxed atmosphere of the Palace Underground – a real Hamilton hot-spot, and birthplace of our tremendously popular Jazz at Noon series.
This month, trumpeter/host, Jim McDowell will welcome back the brilliant Barry Blumenthal on keyboard, mighty Mike Solazzo on bass, and a Jazz at Noon favorite – the dynamite deacon, Mark Shiner on the drums! Dianne Adams McDowell will play and sing a couple of tunes and as a special treat, baritone Brian Murphy will croon us a tune. Other vocal guests this month include our own very-musical Mason McDowell, and the charming and talented Kehela Reeves.
Chartwell’s culinary magicians will be hard at work in our kitchen to create an especially savory lunch and delectable dessert, sponsored by Chobani.
So on Saturday, October 6th, enjoy a taste of the season at the Palace Underground in Hamilton, New York. Listen, lounge, & lunch with Jazz at Noon.
$5 suggested donation. Lunch is available for purchase, sponsored by Chobani.
