Arts at the Palace is pleased to present the final of a three-part free film discussion series with film professional Juliette Fahey.

Song of the Sea directed by Tomm Moore, 2014, IRELAND

Based on Celtic mythology, Song of the Sea is about a 10-year-old boy named Ben who comes to discover that her younger sister Saoirse is a Selkie! Now both must go on an adventure to find Saoirse’s voice and free the faerie creatures from the Celtic goddess, Macha. This animated fantasy film brings a vibrant array of color and sound together to tell a refreshingly authentic coming-of-age story.

Watch Song of the Sea on your own (currently available to stream on Amazon Prime).

Then join us on Friday, April 30 at 7 pm on Zoom for a rich, informal discussion about the film by emailing with “Song of the Sea” in the subject line to register for a Zoom link.
