More than just a performance, this intimate event offers the community a glimpse into his creative process, inviting the audience to experience the artistry of music production and live recording firsthand.

Jake Lozo is a blues musician whose raw, soulful guitar work blends classic influences with a modern edge. Growing up in Ilion, NY, as a fourth-generation musician, he was inspired by his father, Todd Lozo Sr., a longtime figure in the Mohawk Valley music scene. Drawing from legends like Buddy Guy, BB King, and Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jake developed his signature style rooted in blues tradition.

He began his career in 2020 with Uncle Charlie and The Meatballs before forming The Jake Lozo Band in 2022. The band has since expanded, delivering high-energy performances that honor blues legends while forging their own path. Jake has also played alongside blues greats like Tom Townsley and recently joined “The Voice” contestant Shawn Smith as lead guitarist.

Beyond the stage, Jake is a board member of the Mohawk Valley Blues Society, dedicated to preserving the blues and inspiring future generations—including his young son, Fischer.
