The Hamilton Community Players present a re-creation of the now infamous 1938 radio broadcast of The War of the Worlds, based on the novel by H.G. Wells.
Orson Welles and his Mercury Theatre players convinced many terrified listeners on Halloween Eve that an actual alien invasion of Earth was taking place. Using live and recorded sound effects, this radio play sparks the imagination.
