Introducing Our New Executive Director

Arts at the Palace is pleased to announce the appointment of Henry Howard as the new Executive Director.

Henry recently moved to Hamilton from Steamboat Springs, Colorado with his wife and three children. While Henry has a background in finance, he began his career in nonprofit administration working on community development in Uganda, Africa, where he eventually became the Executive Director. Under Henry’s leadership the organization focused on immersion learning, family empowerment, vocational training, and education.  

As a passionate artist/musician Henry also founded Music With Vision, a multi-county music program focused on youth resiliency, social emotional learning, and music mentoring as a response to the national opioid epidemic. He is also a credited songwriter and recently did a 6 month residency in Nashville, TN writing Americana, Folk, and Country music. 

When not dreaming up fresh ways to enhance the community, Henry can be found taking his children to Maxwell’s/Hamilton Movie Theater/Slices, traveling to the beach, or enjoying Seven Oaks Golf Course. We are excited to welcome Henry as the Executive Director starting January 2022 and look forward to an excellent year for Arts At The Palace.
