Working at Raccoon Academy: An Introduction to the World of Wildlife Rehabilitation
This presentation will introduce the audience to the work of wildlife rehabilitation from the perspective of a raccoon rehabilitator.
Presenter: Sarah Holmes Bookbinder is a Licensed Class II RVS Wildlife Rehabilitator. She is also the Executive Director of the Charles N. Gordon Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, and a member of the Board of Directors for the New York State Wildlife Rehabilitation Council. In addition she is co-author (with her husband, Paul Bookbinder, DVM) of “Gordon Wildlife Raccoon Rehabilitation Protocols,” a reference manual for wildlife professionals worldwide.Most of our classes occur at The Palace Theater in Hamilton, NY. All classes are open to non-members for a $5 fee.
