Arts at the Palace and Syracuse City Ballet are excited to invite your students out of the classroom and into the Palace Theater for a season of memorable live performances, creative experiences, and opportunities to experience the arts together.

Brady Rymer

Three-time GRAMMY Award nominee Brady Rymer and one of the leading voices in independent family music. A founding member of the beloved’90s roots-rock band From Good Homes, Brady began making joyful, rootsy music for kids and families after the birth of his son Gus in 2000.With catchy songs, warmth, humor, and an infectious spirit, Brady’s live shows get kids and grown-ups singing, dancing, and connecting together. Join Brady—and a few of his local friends—for a high-energy family concert filled with fun, heart, and feel-good music!

Syracuse City Ballet Presents
Cinderella

Cinderella is a famous story ballet set to music by Sergei Prokofiev. It premiered at the Bolshoi Theatre on November 21, 1945, with choreography by Rostislav Zakharov and starring Galina Ulanova.
Known for its rich, emotional score and magical atmosphere, it remains a staple of major ballet companies worldwide! Best for grades K-3rd.
Henry Howard & Friends - The Fantastic Art of Noticing
Kids Music & Gallery Tour

Join our Executive Director and Singer/Songwriter Henry Howard & Friends interactive gallery tour and live music experience designed especially for students in grades K–3.
The visit begins outside The Palace Theater where a very important art show is getting ready to take place, and your students are the special guests!
Upon entering the gallery, students are invited to look closely, share what they notice, and discover a myriad of artists, works, and materials. Then, the group moves into a lively musical performance featuring original songs, familiar favorites, and plenty of movement and participation.
Through art and music, students practice curiosity, observation, self-expression, and paying closer attention to the world around them - making it a fun, memorable field trip that supports both creative learning and classroom connection.

Celebrate the magic of the holiday season with TheNutcracker Suite, Syracuse City Ballet's beloved annual tradition. Featuring Tchaikovsky's iconic score, dazzling choreography, exquisite costumes, this timeless holiday ballet delights audiences of all ages with toy soldiers, dancing snowflakes, and the Kingdom of Sweets.
